Diana (Dee) has lead teams and projects across multiple sectors over the past thirty-five years including real estate, commercial and residential, manufacturing, import/export, finance, technology and environmental impact.

The thread between all these sectors has been people. Ultimately, it is people who are impacted and influenced most, and Dee strives to make these impacts positive. Having the opportunities to develop connections with colleagues and communities within five continents has built an awareness and deep care for social and environmental stewardship.

Experiencing first-hand, the dramatic consequences of climate change in both the polar and tropical regions provided further motivation to facilitate positive change economically and environmentally for communities that are least able to adapt.

Dee’s current focus is on West Africa where she is developing economic opportunities for local communities by leveraging the mechanisms set forth in the voluntary carbon markets.
